  Extremely hard to find with its ridiculously small sign. Interior looks extremely unprofessional, and employees were rude. Would not suggest banking here.

  I absolutely love banking with smcu. The new location in Tukwila doesn't jive with me. Parking is going to be a challenge when all I want to do is hop in and hop out. Maybe get like 6 parking spaces reserved for banking only. PLEASE

  Part 2: It was when I confronted this employee to ask how I was supposed to get the denominations I wanted that I realized the primary flaw of this local hangout; a horde of people forming a semicircle around this employee was privy to our entire conversation. There I was, waving around $500 in 50s, just wanting answers, insecurity and awareness washing over me like that skinny-dipper in Jaws. And in case you are still reading and mildly invested in my experience, I was given two options: 1) I could drive to the Georgetown location (here is where I began muttering foul language under my breath)… or 2) I could sit at the ATM and request $20 repeatedly. I chose the latter option, partly out of spite, but mostly because Georgetown is the last place I want to go at 4:30pm. I suppose that’s it. That’s my harrowing tale. 20 minutes later I was walking back to my car, fire in my belly and hatred in my heart. I’d like to think I spent the drive home concocting a revenge scheme, but the best I came up with was writing this weak review. Please, heed my warning. It is not typical for a company to try to make their product/service worse. I am still trying to wrap my apparent old-school brain around this idea. Maybe you are cool with a scene resembling a sitcom set. That’s great! Maybe you will form life-long friendships and head to the Southcenter SMCU to hear all about Carrie Bradshaw’s latest love interest. I envy you. Just please, for the love of Nick Jonas’ sweet biceps, don’t talk finances. This is not the place for anything bank related.

  Family has been with them for 40 years will leave with the way they have been lately. They switched locations and we haven't seen anyone from the old location. All the new employees have been rude and do not want to help and send you to a machine. My mother was literally told go somewhere else if you want help.
