  This place won't take back UPS packages( sent to wrong address). Even though there sign says UPS Store! Won't use them again...went out of way to return package.

  VERY disappointed in UPS, I paid what I consider a pretty hefty price (small package and lightweight) to ship a very expensive piece of glass art to my house but because it requires a signature I will need to go and pickup and the only option for pickup is this location in tukwila, which with no traffic is about 45 min from my house and well over an hour from my work. My only day off is Sunday and I get off most days after 6pm sometimes not until 8pm. There are LOTS of UPS stores very close to my house and work that I could make it to on lunch break or after work but for whatever reason they are not capable of having me sign for a package according to their customer service. So now I have $3000 in glass art fumbling around trucks and their warehouse with no way to pick it up.
